while a multitude of impostors
wear its fortune and earn millions.
The originator perishes
and is gone
without a trace.

for lifetimes afterward
a secret lie of generations.

Sounds pretty meloncholy and morose, doesn't it?
And with tinges of conspiracy, but it makes for good storytelling, especially of the expositional kind, but beware.

The duality of fate and destiny are that a prophecy can either be an exposition of what already happened, a message in a bottle if you will, or the determinant of that yet to come in the form of architecture.
What one calls it depends upon which side of the financial fence they end up on.
To those who end up wealthy in material abundance, its often referred to as manifestation.
To those who end up impoverished and isolated, its often referred to as a conspiracy.
