Gaming On Thanksgiving...

Welcome to the sci-fi fantasy electronic and alternative opera... I'm a secular Atheist/Agnostic that leans toward Buddhism and Taoism, but I do eat meat and fish. Chicken, pork and seafood mostly, but every once in a while I eat beef. I don't play guitar and I've never owned a guitar in my life, but they certainly sound good in the hands of a skilled player. Nobody has black skin, and nobody has white skin and no two people have *exactly* the same skin colour and that's a scientific fact: *everyone* has an entirely unique skin colour.

Gaming On Thanksgiving...

If you haven't noticed already, I managed to finish the latest story from my Grand Tapestry Of Moments series: Paskus Maskwa: Rising Bear, which begins the process of bridging between the events of Unfinished Bee's Wax, and what will eventually show up in Era of the Spellbound and Heroes of our Own: Reimagined.

I'll be spending most of my day, gaming and possibly watching some movies or shows during the Canadian Thanksgiving Day, which my cat and I are celebrating. The cat's already unconscious, having eaten the equivalent of a small chicken by himself. I'm still going strong, though I've already stashed most of the leftovers. Lets just call it a Thanksgiving Day brunch...

So, I just finished a session of Euro Truck Simulator 2 (in from Dover, GB to Brussels, Belgium), and then American Truck Simulator (Los Angeles, Nevada to Los Angeles, California) just to share the goodness with those content YouTube producers whose efforts are often a saving grace in my life.

Thank you to you, and I'm certain that you know who you are. I'll also be stopping off in Asia and Southeast Asia as well, along with a few other places in the known galaxy during my travels.

I'm going to try to stick to mostly peaceful games, though I'll probably jump onto PUBG: Battlegrounds as WrongOrWrite (rather than my ShhhhDigital account). Long live Esports!

To those of you celebrating today or tomorrow in Canada, have a Happy Thanksgiving Day and to those of you who've made a difference out there, thank you most humbly.

April 10, 2026 - 19:30 EST - Era of the Spellbound Ep12 as a work in progress is posted and on the top of the stack. It will be worked on regularly into next week until its finished. Aliens: Aeternity will definitely be getting an update tomorrow (Saturday), but Era of the Spellbound gets priority and will remain on top of the stack, but you can always catch Aliens: Aeternity on the navigation bar at the top of the website. Tonight, I've got a bone to pick with several games, including Conan Exiles to visit my Goddess. PUBG to take part in their awesome new Xeno event. World of Warships at some time after I download it again. Cyberpunk maybe. Bannerlord: Shokuho or Total War Shogun 2. Finally, Barotrauma or Total War Three Kingdoms. Tomorrow, its Total War Empire. Authenticity: Butterfly Dragon

I've trained formally to an intermediate level up until ten years ago in various martial arts including Goju Ryu/Goju Jujitsu Ryu, Aikido, Tai Kwon Do and Tai Chi. I am *not* an expert and have never touted *myself* as being one, but I do my best to represent the knowledge, tradition and moral compass of martial arts expertise available on the internet and throughout the world and in the context of a story. Authenticity: Tales of the Sanctum/Era of the Spellbound

Given the nature of the very concepts of magic, esotericism and mysticism, authenticity is a very difficult framework to apply to those who write about those topics. As is the case with Butterfly Dragon, I draw from a life experience that took me in many different directions, and often close to the heights and depths of those paradigms. Certainly enough so to have an imagination and opinion about how those sorts of things play out existentially as part of a larger vision by those who practice such branches of the interpretation of the nature of reality. I'm certain that those well versed in these arts probably watch from the comfort of their darkness and light.
