Updates...
Hi. Brian Joseph Johns here.
I was recently hit with a pretty debilitating illness. I'm thinking a cold or flu, but it might be COVID, though if it is, I'm vaccinated.
Regardless of whatever it is, I'll likely be incapacitated for a couple of days, though I will do my best to get up and write as much as I can for each of the current storylines, though I can't make any promises.
I'm the kind of guy who takes his health pretty seriously. I read the nutritional benefits of just about all my groceries when I create my grocery order online (https://www.nofrills.ca), and I take vitamins every day as well.
So I'm expecting that this will be done quickly. I'll write as much as I can, but I'm prioritizing bed rest. If I don't write, you can expect that this coming weekend that I'll do everything I can to make up for the lost time.
This is Flu season, so you might want to look into getting a vaccine shot before it hits you.
