I Rehired Myself...
The one thing about being the CEO of your own company is that you can't quit.
So to get around that, I fired myself and then rehired myself with a substantial incentives package, and roadmap for which my compass is perfect, but I have to tell you that my boss can be very hard on me sometimes.
I guess that's because my boss is me.
So, be fair to yourself, while keeping the bar high enough so that you're constantly progressing, while being lenient on your pace.
